EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO PARTNER ON DESTINATION CONCEPT
We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from hospitality operators to partner with us on a bespoke, destination hospitality concept at New Epping, that complements the precinct and the broader northern region.
The Activation Pavilion will comprise of approximately 500m2 of internal and external space and will be located just off Cooper Street, adjacent to the Edgars Creek Reserve and surrounding parkland at New Epping.
This is an exciting opportunity for an operator who understands the northern area and wants to work in partnership to develop a destination concept that will make its mark on Melbourne’s north.
BESPOKE HOSPITALITY
A venue that will be underpinned by sustainability, the Activation Pavilion will host a variety of hospitality concepts. This EOI process is intended to identify a hospitality partner early on to support the design development of the venue.
Hospitality partners are encouraged to consider concepts that include the following:
- _Dining opportunities for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods to maximise appeal
- _Include a signature activity such as brewing, distilling, roasting, preserving, baking or any feature production activity that would create additional interest in the venue
- _Consider additional sustainable processes and practices to support the building value
NEW EPPING
Located 18km from the CBD, New Epping will regenerate and transform 51 hectares of land into a new urban north for Melbourne, by creating a $2 billion mixed-use community spanning residential, commercial, healthcare and convenience retail all centred around a central green spine. This is a community that will be defined by leading thinking in urban experience, wellness and sustainability.
