Exciting progress is taking shape at New Epping. The Punthill Apartment Hotel has officially reached its full height and interior fitouts are now underway as it prepares for a mid-2026 opening.

A collaboration between Riverlee and Veriu Group, Punthill Epping will bring 100 serviced apartments designed for short and extended stays. Located along Cooper Street, in the heart of our Greengate Work Precinct, the hotel is positioned among some of the area’s best amenities, including the Pacific Epping Shopping Centre, the Melbourne Markets and the newly built Northern Private Hospital, and Northern Hospital Epping.

The apartment hotel will include a mix of fully self-contained modern studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with conference and meeting facilities, secure parking, a gym, a first-floor terrace with panoramic views and plans for a restaurant with alfresco dining space.

Guests will also enjoy scenic views of Edgars Creek Corridor, a nature reserve currently undergoing regeneration, comprising 12 hectares of green open space, all framed by bike paths, walking trails, and a 2.7 km nature loop.
