Underpinned by insightful design and regeneration, New Epping will be a place defined by leading thinking in urban experience, wellness and sustainability, and it’s our pleasure to take you on the journey as the new urban north comes to life.

2022 was a major year for New Epping, with construction commencing at the Northern Private Hospital and the Stage 1 Residences topping out and achieving practical completion. With residents preparing to move in, associated landscaping and subdivision works have continued, bringing the surrounding area to life and framing the entry to the new residences.

As more components of the masterplan are brought to life, Riverlee launched a visual identity for New Epping to help to communicate the vision to regenerate 51 hectares of dormant land and create a vibrant community focused on sustainability, wellness and prosperity.

Looking ahead to 2023, we will officially welcome residents to New Epping and continue to build out the neighbourhoods and amenity that surround them. The official launch of the Stage 1 Residences early next year will coincide with the completion of a new playground, and the opening of some new hospitality offerings.

The Northern Private Hospital, operated by Ramsay Health Care, will reach practical completion next year, ready to provide critical healthcare services from 2024. The rehabilitation of Edgars Creek will commence, with the completed works set to reconnect the previously inaccessible waterway for residents, workers and visitors to explore and enjoy.

After a milestone year, we can’t wait to bring more of the vision for New Epping to life in 2023.
